Cheese Board

Create a cheese board that not only tastes delicious but is stunning to look at.

I absolutely love entertaining and whether it's an intimate gathering of 5 people or a larger one with 50, I put a lot of thought into each element of the event.

Cheese boards are one of my favorite appetizers to create. The possibilities are endless. First step is knowing your crowd. This will really help you in determining the type of cheese you will need. For example, if half of your guests are children then many of them may not enjoy fancy foreign cheeses. Instead a simple Vermont cheddar, Colby Jack and Monterrey may suffice. But if you are entertaining with primarily adults then you can bring out the cheese lover in you. The board I created above has a perfect balance of soft and hard cheeses including an out of this world habenero cheese.
